| Will of Wilson Keplinger
Grant Co, W. Va., Feb 6th, 1885 In the name of God, Amen- Knowing it appointed to all men to die a seeing the uncertainity of life and feeling it my duty to make disposition of my personal effects, and being of a sound mind I do hereby make this my last will as follows: First, I will and bequeath that my executor pay all my debts and funeral expenses, and that the residue, including land, houses, my entire interest in store, all bonds and moneys and all profits thereto accruing, I give to my beloved wife Caroline Keplinger to have and to hold and use as hers during her natural life and after her death and all funeral expenses are paid the residue thereof to be equally divided between the nearest heirs on both sides, that is half to my heirs and other half to my wife�s heirs. Lastly, I appoint John Keplinger, Sen. As my sole executor of my entire property, both real and personal, and to have full power and control of the same without any resort to court, and that he have full power to transfer all to my beloved wife at her request, without giving bond.
