Will - William C. Hull

I, William C. Hull, of Grant County, State of west Virginia, do hereby make this my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath to my wife, Sarah E. Hull, during her lifetime all of my property, both personal and real. At her death, I will and direct as follows: First, I give to my son Charles A. Hull five dollars.  The residue, I will and direct, shall be divided equally among my three other children, Myrtle Strother, Fannie Hull, and Albert Hull. I further direct that if either one or more of the last three named, shall die without heirs, that the share of the deceased shall be equally divided between those living.

In witness whereof I hereunto subscrive my name and affix my seal this 2rd day of Sept. 1913.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by William C. Hull as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, this 3rd day of September, 1913.

In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia, March 13, 1915, in the recess of said Court.

This day the last Will and Testament of William C. Hull, late of Grant County, deceased, was duly proven according to law by the oaths of J.L. Rexroad and Chas. Rexroad, two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and thereupon ordered to be recorded.
