Third, Subject to the foregoing I give, devise and bequeath all of the balance of my property of every kind to my children, Charles, Emmett, Ezra, Lester, May Alice, Floyd and Sarah, absolutely. Fourth, I name and appoint my son, Charles Keplinger, as Executor of this my last will and testament. Given under my hand on this November 13, 1945. William C.
