| Will of Martin Ettel
I, Martin Ettel, of near Maysville, in Grant County, West Virginia, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me, and direct the payment of my just debts, and funeral expenses. First � I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Second � I bequeath to my brother, Ernest Ettel the sum of Five Dollars to be paid out of my estate. Third � I give, devise, and bequeath unto my wife, Fannie Ettel, in fee and absolutely all of my property that I may have at the time of my death, real, personal, and mixed, that may remain after my just debts and funeral expenses, and said bequest of Five Dollars be paid. Fourth � I appoint my brother-in-law, Martin L. Hanlin, my Executor of this, my last will and testament. Witness my signature this the 10th day of June, 1922.
