| Will of John W. Sears
I, John W. Sears, of near Maysville, Grant county, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills made by me. First, I direct my executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses and to erect a double marker for my wife and I, and the cost for said marker to come out of my estate, at our graves. I give and bequeath unto my sister, Alice A. Sears, all of my interest in household property and the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) to be hers absolutely. And my sister, Alice A. Sears, is to have the use of all farm machinery and farm tools while she lives, and she is to have the right to live in and have the use of my home and outbuildings for her life time. And the remainder of my estate after demise to my sister Alice A. Sears is to be divided equally among my children, namely, Mary Lucille John, John Vernon Sears, Phyllis Nesselrodt, and William H. Sears. I hereby appoint my son, John Vernon Sears, as executor of this my last will and he is to act without bond. Witness my signature this the 3rd day of February, 1976. John W. Sears, deceased, and upon motion of the said John Vernon Sears, said will as proven by the oaths of Myrtle K.
