Will of John Keplinger

I, JOHN KEPLINGER, of Petersburg, Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills heretofore made by me at any time.

FIRST: I direct that all my legally enforeceable debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath, unto MRS. BESSIE SEARS of Maysville, (my brother Otis� mother-in-law), the sum of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) DOLLARS.

THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath unto my aunt, CORA KEPLINGER, of Lahmansville, the sum of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) DOLLARS.

FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, FRED KEPLINGER, the sum of THREE THOUSAND ($3,000.00) DOLLARS.

FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, JOYCE CLOCHEY, the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS.

SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto my son JIM KEPLINGER< the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS.

SEVENTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest and residue of my property, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situate, including but not limited to my camper, my truck, and any remaining monies that I may have at my death to ILENE SUTTON of Petersburg, after deducting my medical expenses, funeral expenses and the estate taxes.

EIGHT: I direct that any monies that I forward to the above named beneficiaries of this My Last Will and Testament to be considered as advancements.

NINETH: I nominate, constitute and appoint JOHN G> OURS as executor of my estate and direct that he be allowed to serve with out bond.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 24th day of October, 1977.

STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, COUNTY OF GRANT, TO-WIT:

Personally appeared before an undersigned Notary Public, Patricia Lynn Williams RN and Evelyn O. Vetter, who being first duly sworn, deposed as follows:  That JOHN KEPLINGER declared the foregoing writing, bearing date on the 24th day of October, a977, to be his Last Will and Testament and signed the same in the presence of these deponents; that these deponents in the presence of John Keplinger, and of each other, and at his request, signed their names hereto as subscribing witnesses, all of them being present together at the same time and place, that at the time of the execution of the foregoing Last Will and Testament, John Keplinger, was of sound mind and memory and fully competent to execute the aforesaid writing as his Last Will and Testament.

This day John G. Ours produced to the Clerk a paper writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of John Keplinger. Patricia Lynn Williams, R.N. and Evelyn O. Vetter, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded, according to law.
