| Will of Herman C. Keplinger
April 3, 1969 This being my first and only will. I do here by state that after my death, my wife Mabel Keplinger shall own and posess or be the sole owner of every thing I own both real estate and personal property. She shall settle all affairs. Herman Keplinger This day a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Herman C. Keplinger, late of Grant County, deceased, was this day produced to the Clerk, and there being no subscribing witnesses to the said will Richard Thompson and Eugene Sites were sworn and severally deposed that they are well acquainted with the hand writing of the said Herman C. Keplinger, deceased, and verily believes that the said Will and the signature thereto subscribed are wholly in the handwriting of the said Herman C. Keplinger, deceased. Whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded as the true Last Will and Testament of the said Herman C. Keplinger, deceased. Given under my hand this the 28th day of April, 1969. Elton M.
