Maysville, Nov, 17, 1899 I, Henry Fout, Maysville, Grant County, W.Va, being of sound mind and of disposing disposition, do make this my Last Will this 17th day of November, in the year of our Lord 1899. First. I give, bequeath and devise to my daughter, Mary F. Rexrode, an equal portion of my real estate. Second. To my second daughter, Jane Rodruck an equal portion of my real estate. Third. To my son John W. Fout I devise an equal portion of my real estate. Fourth. To my daughter Viola Cosner I devise an equal portion of my real estate. Fifth. To my son H. Harness Fout I devise four hundred dollars less of my real estate according to value than a full portion of my real estate, as he received $400 more than my other children previously (one word can�t read). Sixth. To my son George M. Fout I devise an equal proportion of my real estate. Seventh. To my son D.O. Fout I devise my present dwelling house and an equal proportion of my real estate. Eighth. To my son Julius E. Fout, I devise four hundred dollars ($400) less than an equal proportion of my real estate according to valuation, he having already received the sum of $400. Ninth. To my beloved wife Susan Catharine Fout, I devise her full one third of my real estate during her natural life. Tenth. I bequeath that after all my debts including my funeral expenses of myself and wife shall be paid that the residue of my personal effects be equally among all my children as before mentioned. Lastly. I appoint no Executor but appoint all my sons as afore mentioned settle my business without going to court and with out giving any bond.
