| Will of Emmett Keplinger
I, Emmett Keplinger, of near Maysville, Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills made by me. First, I direct my executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. SECOND, I give and beque3ath unto my son, Lyle Richard Kesner, all of my property, both real and personal, which consists of one 1967 Chevrolet Car, my Social Security benefits, personal belongings, my 1/7 undivided interest in the real estate of my father, William Keplinger, money, notes, bonds, insurance, and of all character, to be his absolutely and in fee. I hereby direct and appoint Charles Frantz to be my executor of this my last will and ask that he be allowed to act without bond. Witness my signature this the 6th day of March, 1971.
