Will � Emil G. Vossler

Being in fair health and of sound mind I, Emil G. Vossler of Maysville, W.Va. hereby make this my last Will and Testament as follows:

1) After payment of my honest debts and my funeral expenses, including proper care of the Vossler family cemetery lot at Lahmansville, fencing & providing headstones out of my estate;

2) I give & bequeath to my wife, Fannie Vossler the life interest of one Third of my personal as well as Real estate which at her demise I desire to revert to my children in equal shares (or their heirs in case of their death,

3) I give & bequeath to my two daughters Nora & Anne all my household goods;

4) I give & bequeath unto my children & my grandson Andrew Wetzel all the rest & residue of my personal & real Estate in equal shares. As administrator of the share falling to my grandson Andrew Wetzel I appoint my eldest son in case of his death, my second son & of his death my third son & likewise my daughters in the same order � any of whom shall be required to put said share of Andrew Wetzel out at Interest in safe & legal investment & to collect such Interest every year & reinvest the proceeds until he, Andrew Wetzel shall have attained his majority, when principal & accumulated Interest shall be handed over to him.

5) However it shall be optional with the administrator to apply out of the accumulated Interest sufficient funds to defray Tuition to wards an education when Andrew Wetzel shall have, or nearly so, become Eighteen years of age;

6) In case Andrew Wetzel should die before attaining his majority � the Principal of his share & the accumulated Interest thereof shall revert to my children & be divided among them in equal shares.

7) I appoint my wife, Fannie Vossler & my son Edward Albert Eugene Vossler executors of this my last will & Testament.

In witness whereof, I the said Emil G. Vossler set my hand & seal this 19th day of August 1912.

In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia, June 30, 1913, in the recess of said Court.

On this 30th day of June, 1913, the last Will and Testament of Emil G. Vossler, late of Grant County, deceased, was duly proven by the oaths of Mrs. Fannie Vossler and Edward A.E. Vossler and was thereupon ordered to be recorded according to law.

Given under my hand this 30th day of June, 1913.
