| Will of Ellis E. Keplinger
I, Ellis E. Keplinger of Grant County, West Virginia, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. First: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Delphia L. Keplinger, for and during her natural life all of my property, real, personal and mixed. Third: After the death of my wife I hereby instruct my administrator hereinafter named to immediately make public sale of all of my property, real, personal and mixed and the proceeds from the same shall be by my administrator disposed of as follows: (A) To the payment for a modest funeral and monument for my wife, Delphia Keplinger if provision for same had not been made prior to her death. (B) All of the rest and remainder of the proceeds of said sale shall be by my Administrator invested in registered United States Government Bonds and the income from said bonds shall be by my Administrator paid over to the proper officer or officers of the Mt. Hebron Cemetery Inc., to be by said Corporation used in the care and maintenance of the Mt. Hebron Cemetary or in any wise pertaining to the benefits of said Cemetery. In no event shall any of the principal of said bonds be used for any purpose but shall be by my Administrator hereinafter named invested and re-invested in said registered United States Bonds and held as a perpetual trust, the income from which to be used only for the purpose herein set out. Fourth: I hereby nominate and appoint (Dead) of Petersburg, West Virginia, as of this my Last Will and Testament. Given under my hand on this the 15th day of June, 1950. E.E. Keplinger, said Will was proven by the oath of Nell Lee Hart and Shirley Yokum, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded, according to law.
