| Will of Ellen V. Schell
I, Ellen V. Schell of Grant County State of West Virginia make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me, and direct the payment of my just debts. I give, devise and bequeath to my nephews Thomas Olan Davis and Otha Allen Davis all the Real Estate that I now own being the same upon which I now reside. The condition of the above bequest being that neither Thomas Olan Davis nor Otha Allen Davis shall receive possession of said real estate until after the death of my sister Mahala Schell. To my sister, Orlena Frances Davis the sume of five dollars. To my niece Bertha Hawk the sum of five dollars. To my neice Nellie M. Norwood the sum of five dollars. To my niece Edna May the sum of five dollars. To my nephew Edgar B. May the sum of five dollars. To my nephew Albert A. May the sum of five dollars. To my nephews Thomas Olan Davis and Otha Allen Davis all the remainder of my personal property share and share alike. I appoint William H. Muntzing my executor of this my last will.
