| Will � Edward F. Vossler
I, Ed F. Vossler, of Maysville, W.Va, do make this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, and I direct the payment of my burial expenses; and just debts, if any there be. First � I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Charlotte Matilda Highberger, my residence in the town of Maysville W.Va, the same including my dwelling house, out buildings and the lot or lots upon which same are located, and all lots owned by me adjoining or connected therewith. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter all my household and kitchen furniture and property of every character, other than notes bonds and claims, in said dwelling house and upon said property contained and situated. I also give to her, my said daughter, my five shares of bank stock of $100 each owned by me in the Peoples Bank of Keyser W Va. This provision made for my daughter in this the first clause of my will is in consideration of the care, attention and support given me by her and her husband, Dr. W.T. Highberger, and it is made upon condition that no charge for said care, attention and support is made against my estate. Second, I give and bequeath to my brother Emile Gustavus Vossler the sum of $500.00 if he should be living at the date of my death, the same to be paid to him within three months after my death. Third, I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Charlotte Matilda Highberger and my son Charles Henry Vossler all the residue of my property, both personal and real, including my notes, bonds and claims of every character, the same to be equally divided between my two said children. Fourth, I appoint my daughter Charlotte Matilda Highberger, and my son Charles Henry Vossler as my Executors, of this my last will and testament, and I desire and request that no bond be required of them as such Executors.
