My last will and testament I, Edna M. Kite make this my last will. I give to Helen S. Glaze my Potomac Bank stock, my shares in the T DR Corporation and any bonds and money that I may possess at my death. Signed Edna M. Kite Witness Roscoe Kite In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia, March 25, 1969 � In recess of said Court: This day Andrew N. Frye, Jr., produced to the Clerk a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Edna M. Kite, deceased. And there being no subscribing witnesses to said Will, on motion of said Andrew N. Frye, Jr., Richard Thompson and Jessie Mae Shaffer, were duly sworn according to law and severally deposed and said, that they are well acquainted with the handwriting of the said Edna M. Kite, deceased, and verily believed that the said will and the signature thereto subscribed, is wholly in the hand writing of the said Edna M. Kite, deceased. Whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded as the true last will and testament of the said Edna M. Kite, deceased. Given under my hand this the 25th day of March, 1969. Elton M.
