| Will of Dena A. Keplinger
I, Dena A. Keplinger, of Maysville, Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct all my just debts to be paid including the lettering on the double monument which is now at my husbands grave. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Clara Sage and my son Herman C. Keplinger and my son John G. Keplinger, share and share alike, all of the rest and residue of my real and personal estate. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $1.00 to Augusta Shillingburg, and I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $1.00 to my son Virgil Keplinger. I make these small bequests to Augusta and Virgil for the reason both my husband and I have provided for them in many ways and they have already received a fair share of our estates. FOURTH: I appoint my daughter, Clara Sage and my son John G. Keplinger as executors of this my last will and testament, either of whom may act, and I direct that no security be required of them as executors. Given under my hand and seal this 24th day of March, 1958. Dena A. Keplinger The above signature of the testatrix was made and the foregoing will was acknowledged to be her last will and testament by the said testatrix, in the presence of us, two competent witnesses, present at the same time; and we, the said witnesses, do hereunto subscribe the said will on the date above written, in the presence of the said testatrix and of each other at the request of the said testatrix, who was then of sound mind and over the age of twenty-one years.
