| Will of Delia G. Hesse
Dec. 27, 1962 I, Delia G. Hesse, of near Maysville, Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. I hereby direct my executrixes to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. I give and bequeath to my two daughters, Ruth Hesse and Twila Hesse, all my personel property and household goods and all money, except $200 which is to be given to my daughter Norma Jean Hesse Lough. I also bequeath to my two daughters, Ruth Hesse and Twila Hesse all notes and all livestock that might be on hand at the time of my death. Also the homeplace or Clark place. I hereby appint my two daughters, Ruth Hesse and Twila Hesse, as executrixes of this my last will and that they set without any bond. The Smith places goes to my three daughters, equally, Ruth Hesse, Twila Hesse and Norma Jean Hesse Lough as by a former will made by their father, Otto E. Hesse. Delia G. Hesse, late of Grant County, deceased, was this day produced to the Clerk and there being no subscribing witnesses to the said Will, Shirley Yokum and roy Stephen Harman were sworn and severally deposed that they are well acquainted with the handwriting of the said Delia G. Hesse, deceased, and verily believe that the said will and signature thereto subscribed are wholly in the handwriting of Delia G. Hesse, deceased. Whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded according to law as the true Last Will and Testament of the said Delia G. Hesse, deceased. Given under my hand this the 10day day of May, 1976.
