| Will of Clarence Preston Keplinger
I, CLARENCE PRESTON KEPLINGER, of Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just debts and funeral expenses and costs of administration of my estate. I further direct that all of my taxes, including all estate and inheritance taxes, be paid out of my estate by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon as possible after my death. SECOND: I hereby nominate, constitute and point my wife, Cora Emily Keplinger, to be the Executrix, of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that no surety be required on her bond. THIRD: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate to my wife, Cora Emily Keplinger, to be hers absolute. FOURTH: In the event that my wife shall not survive me or shall perish in a common disaster with me under conditions by which it is not readily determinable which of us survives the other, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate, to our children, Victor Ray Keplinger, Viola Mae Mace and Anna Merle Cook, equally, per stirpes. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Clarence Preston Keplinger, herewith set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament on this 10th of April, 1976. Smith and Bryan Smith, who, being first duly sworn, deposed as follows: That Clarence Preston Keplinger declared the foregoing writing dated the 10th day of April, 1976, to be his Last Will and Testament and signed the same in the presence of these deponents: that these deponents in the presence of Clarence Preston Keplinger, and of each other, and at his request, signed their names as subscribing witnesses, all of them being present together at the same time and place, that at the time of the execution of the foregoing Last Will and Testament, Clarence Preston Keplinger was of sound mind and memory and fully competent to execute the aforesaid writing as his Last Will and Testament.
