Will - Ann Rebecca McNemar

I, Ann Rebecca McNemar, of Grant County, State of West Virginia, do hereby make this my last Will and Testament.

I will and direct that each of my grand-children shall have such articles as I may hereafter designate by placing their names thereon.

I give to my grand-son, Gilbert Mervyn Michael, one stand with two drawers in it and one set of silver knives and forks; and to my grand-son, Henry Earl Michael, one small bureau and one set of silver table spoons; and to my grand-daughter, Kathleen Rebecca Michael, Five Dollars in gold and any article designated by me by placing her name upon such article; and to my grand-son, Neill McNemar Michael, one small looking-glass and one set of silver tee spoons; and also to my said grand-children, Gilbert Mervyn Michael, Henry Earl Michael and Neill McNemar Michael each, Twenty-five Dollars in gold, and the family pictures to be divided between them; and I further direct that said last named three grand-children are to have all the residue of my estate of every description, and also the privilege of keeping any article especially they may see fit.

And I further will and direct that if either one or more of my last named three grand-children should die that the share of the deceased shall be equally divided between those living, and if all should die leaving no children then I direct that Kate P. Scions, wife of Wilbur Scions, shall have Fifty Dollars to be hers absolutely, and that Daisy Deen McNemar, daughter of S.B. McNemar, shall have Twenty-five Dollars, and Beulah McNemar, daughter of Thos. McNemar, shall have Twenty-five Dollars and the remainder of my property to go to Thos. Wilbur Stingley and Emma Gertrude Taylor equally.

I further direct that my said grand-children Gilbert Mervyn Michael, Henry Earl Michael and Neill McNemar Michael do carry out and proceed according to the directions contained in the letter I leave to them as near as they can.

I hereby appoint John H. Strother of Medley, West Virginia, executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal this 23rd day of September, 1911.

In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia.

On this 14th day of June, 1913, the foregoing last Will and Testament of Ann Rebecca McNemar, late of Grant County, deceased, was duly proven by the oaths of I.S. Stingley and Daisy Godlove, two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and was thereupon ordered to be recorded according to law.
