| Will A.S. Keplinger
Maysville, W. Va. May 10th 1929 I A.S. Keplinger Widower Do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. And I direct the payment of all my Burial expenses and all just Debts if any there be. First I give devise & bequeath my share in the Painter Land adjoining where T.J. Keplinger now lives, unto my three sons T.J. Keplinger, Spencer Keplinger and William Keplinger. Also request that T.J. Keplinger, Spencer Keplinger and William Keplinger pay to Wilbur Carr Two hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Second I give devise & bequeath to my beloved son William Keplinger all my personal property consisting of horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, poultry, farming utensils, household goods, & kitchen furniture, beds, bedding, cook stove, infact everything I own. Third Whatever Moneys, Bonds, and notes Are on hand After my death, After all my just debts & expenses are paid. I want the remainder divided equally with my heirs. Fourth, I desire that the home place be divided equally with my heirs. Fifth I desire the note of $688.009 dated August 8th 1925 with interest from date, due me from my son Edgar Keplinger, to be paid my Estate out of the share due Edgar Keplinger from my Estate. I appoint my son William Keplinger as my Administrator of this my last Will & Testament & desire and request that no bond be required of him as such Administrator. And I agree to Pay William Keplinger for his Services as such Administrator the sum of Two Hundred dollars $200.00. Outside of all necessary & Legal expenses connected with the closing up of the above Estate. A.S. Keplinger Signed Published and declared by Abel S. Keplinger, late of Grant County, deceased, was proven by the oaths of W.T. Highberger, C.H. Vossler and B.M. Evans, the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded according to law.
