April 6, 1920 � Seymour A. Snyder I this day will my son Berlin E. Snyder Four Hundred dollars to be Paid now or after my death. And to my daughter Beulah M. Lahman Four Hundred dollars to be paid now or after my death. And to Herman Snyder after all debts are paid I will him all my real estate and personal property after my death Herman Snyder to be administrator. And to Milam Snyder Two thousand dollars one thousand to be paid too him when he becomes twenty one years of age. And the remainder one thousand to be paid in a reasonable time after my death, this the 6th day of April 1920 Seymour A. Snyder (Seal) In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia, January 5th 1921. In the recess of the said Court. The foregoing writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Seymour A. Snyder, late of Grant County, deceased, was this day produced to the Clerk. And there being no subscribing witnesses to the said will P.H. Hood and W.C. Moomau were sworn and severally deposed that they are well acquainted with the hand writing of the said Seymour A. Snyder, decease and verily believe that the said Will and the signature thereto subscribed are wholly in the hand writing of the said Seymour A. Snyder, deceased. Whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded as the true last Will and Testament of the said Seymour A. Snyder, deceased. Given under my hand this 5th day of January, 1921. M.S.
