Will - Noah Snyder

I, Noah Snyder of the County of Grant State of West Virginia, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First. I give and bequeath to my wife Susan one third of my estate, at her death to be divided equally between my eight sons.

Second. I give and bequeath to my eight sons the remaining two thirds of my estate, to be divided equally between them.

Third. And I further provide that my sons are to pay to my daughter Ann R. Bergdoll wife of A.S. Berdoll the sum of four hundred dollars in cash. Also to my daughter Mary E. Spangler wife of Robt. Spangler two hundred dollars in cash. Also to my daughter Laura S. Kesner wife of William Kesner two hundred dollars in cash.

In witness whereof, I Noah Snyder the testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this eighth day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of us who have subscribed in the presence of each other.

In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County West Virginia, on the 31st day of December, 1900, in the recess of said court. This day the Last Will and Testament of Noah Snyder, deceased, was proved according to law, by the oaths of J.C. Michael and L.J. Powell, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and was thereupon ordered to be recorded.
