I, Mary Roberts, widow of Archibald Roberts, De?? do here make this as my Last Will and Testament as follows To wit. First. I give unto my daughter Elizabeth the wife of Tobias Bosely, all my household property, together with all personal estate now in my propepion. Second. I give unto the following names children To wit Elizabeth Bosely, Ara Thrasher, wife of Jacob Thrasher, Doratha Hunter, wife of John Hunter, Nelly Bean, David Roberts, James Roberts, and John Roberts, all the monies now in the hands of my agent Joseph McNemar, which is collected from the United States as a pension; now in his hands or hereafter to be collected by him to be equally divided between the above names several children. Third. I give unto the residence of any children not heretofore named one dollar each to be paid by my executor hereinafter named. Fourth. I constitute and appoint my son David executor of this my last will and Testament, hereby reworking all other and former wills heretofore made by me. In ?? whereof I Mary Roberts have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of September 1847. Gregg Joseph McNemar Jr. At a Court held for Hardy County on the 5th day of October 1857.
