| Will of Thomas S. George Be it remembered that I, Thomas S. George of Martin in the county of Grant and state of West Virginia, do make this my last will and testament in manner following: that is to say, Joseph Rotruck and his wife shall have the house be now resides in and garden and some little lands to tend during their life time, and the other house shall not be occupied by any one having a family of children to annoy the said Rotruck and his wife. If it does it will destroy the valuation of this will. Furthermore I want Thomas W. Rotruck and Benjamin Rotruck to have my whole real estate imbracing all of my lands now. And I further want all of my personal property equally divided between my legal heirs. Witness my hand and seal this the 30th day of May 1892, Then and there signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas S. George as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request in his presence and in presence of each other have here to subscribed our names as witnesses. William T.
