Will of Milton Burgess

I, Milton Burgess of Grant County, West Virginia, do make this my last Will and Testament.
First:  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, which shall include a modest tombstone to be erected at my grave, shall be paid as soon as practical after my death. 
Second:  I give devise and bequeath unto Myrtle Burgess the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
Third:  I give devise and bequeath unto Mae Rawlings the one half undivided interest in and to the real estate at Greenland purchased by Dollie Rotruck, Mae Rawlings and myself of Maude E . Sites and Luther Sites, to be hers absolutely.
Fourth:  I give devise and beequeath all of the remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed into Roy Rotruck to be his for and during his natural life, and after the death of said Roy Rotruck, I give devise and beequeath said property unto Raymond Riley Rotruck, Marshall Leonard Rotruck and Marian Ida Rotruck, children of the said Roy Rotruck, to be their absolute property share and share alike.
Fifth:  I nominate and appoint Paul A Leatherman of Petersburg, West Virginia, as Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In the Clerks Office of the County Court of Grant County,
West Virginia, April 10, 1946 - In recess of said Court:
  This day Paul A. Leatherman, produced to the Clerk a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Milton Burgess, deceased, and upon motion of Paul A. Leatherman, said will was proven by the oaths of Sylvia J. Seese and Geo. S. Evans, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded according to law.
      Given under my hand this the 10th day of April, 1946.
