Will � James Harris

In the name of God Amen. I, James Harris of the County of Hardy and State of Virginia being sick and weak of body but of sound mind and disposing memory for which I thank God and cauling to mind the uncertainty of humanlife and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath the same in manner found from following that is to say first I give and bequeath all my personable and sale estate to my wife Sara Harris to her support of ?? the such part of my children. That is ?? under age until such time as the youngest child shall become of age according to law. Secondly after the youngest of my children is become of age according to law I them give to my wife Sara Harris one third part of all my estate both real and personable and the other two thirds of the same I give and bequeath to be equally divided among my children namely Francis McNemar, Elizabeth Shell, William Harris, James Harris, Mary Harris, Nancy Harris, George Harris, John Harris, Phoebe Harris, Anthony Harris which I give to them their heirs executors administrators or assiagnors forever and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son William Harris heretofore mentioned and my son-in-law George Shell to be my executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness ?? of I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this thirty first day of March in the year of our Lord 1826.
