I, Jacob Keplinger, of Grant District in Grant County, and State of West Virginia, and by occupatioon a farmer make this my last will.
   I give, divise and bequath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows, that is to say;
To my son Samuel all my estate and property real and personal, with the following exception; To my daughter Catherine the sum of One Hundred and  twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) payable thru months after my death out of my personal property - and To my sons Abel, Andrew J, James and John and to my daughters Jane Evans, Rebecca Feaster and Susan Burgess, or their heirs the sum of One Dollar to each of my said sons and daughters or their heirs.  I appoint my son Samuel exector of my will.  In witness whereof I have signed, sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Maysville, in said County and State on the 7th day of November 1891.
