I, J W Burgess, of near Martin, West Virginia, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me and directing the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and cost of a modest monument at my grave and administering upon my estate.
  First:  I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses and the cost of a modest monument at my grave and administering upon my estate be paid from the property I may own at the time of my death.
   Second:  Subfect to the foregoing, I give devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal and mixed to my wife, Mollie Burgess, absolutely.
  Third:  I name and appoint Mollie Burgess, my wife, as executrix of this my last will and testament, and she shall not be required to execute bond as such executrix.
   Witness my signature on this the 21 day of August 1943
