| Will of Elizabeth Hilkey I, Elizabeth Hilkey of the County of Grant now temporarily residing in the County of Mineral, in the State of West Virginia, being of sound mind and understanding, though feeble in body, do make publish and declare, this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me. I will that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death I give and devise to my daughter May E. Amtower one-half of all my estate, both personal and real of whatsoever nature and where-so-ever situated to be hers absolutely. I give, and devise, to my son Elmer C. Hilkey, one-fourth all my estate, both personal and real, of what-so-ever nature and where0so-ever situated to be his absolutely. I devise to my daughter Bessie P. Johnson, the one-fourth of all my real estate to be hers absolutely. I give to my granddaughter Hazel Johnson, the sun of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to be paid to her when she reaches the age of 21 years. I give to my daughter Bessie P. Johnson the one-fourth of my personal estate, less the sun of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) which has already been willed to her daughter, Hazel, and desire and direct, that my Executor, hold in trust such monies as shall thereby be due her, paying the same to her at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) ever Six Months, until said funds shall be exhausted the final payment probably a lesser sum than above stated. In the division of my personal estate, I desire that my children above named, divide the property (except money and bonds) in the way and manner above stated as to each ones share without having a public sale of said property. I nominate and appoint Wm Muntzing, near Maysville Grant County West Virginia as my Executor. Witness my hand and seal this the 3rd day of May 1919. Elizabeth A.
