| Deed - Keplinger to Hendrickson
This Deed, made on the 1st day of February in the year, 1892, between Martin Keplinger and Amelia Keplinger, his wife, of the first part and Enoch Hendrickson, John W. Fout and John W. Porch, Trustees of the �Johnstonville Cemetery� of the second part, all of Grant County, in the state of West Virginia. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, cash paid in hand by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by the parties of the first part. They the said parties of the first part do grant and convey in fee, simple, with general warranty of title, unto the said Enoch Hendrickson, John W. Fout and John W. Porch, Trustees of the �Johnstonville Cemetery� and their successors in office forever the following described lot or parcel of land, situate on the southwest to the Maysville and Johnstonville road near the residence of said Martin Keplinger in Grant district in the county and state afore said, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a large stone near the said road, thence S.W. in a straight line 8 poles to a stake; thence N.W. in a straight line 8 poles to a stake; thence N.E. in a straight line and pass a cedar 8 poles to the said road; thence with said road in a S.E. direction 8 poles to the Beginning, containing 64 poles � said lot to be used for a cemetery and to be the property of the �United Brethren in Christ� to have and to hold the said lot or parcel of land for the purpose aforementioned, with all and singular the rights, priviledges and afortenances thereto belonging unto the said Enoch Hendrickson, John W. Fout and John W. Porch, Trustees of said Cemetery and their successors in office forever; it is also hereby expressly understood that no changes shall be made for any lot or lots in said cemetery.
