The Dinah Incident- Someone had told me that this wasnt a very good band, so I wasnt really looking forward to this, but they turned out to be pretty good. They were the only band there with a girl lead singer, which is really cool. They also have 2 drummers, but only one drun set. But thats cool. Theyre doing their thing. I took some pictures during their set so go check them out.
The Rose Tremont- The Rose Tremont was also really good. Jason decided that he woud rather play their set in a speedo so that was interesting. I also got a demo from them that is great.They play around Austin alot so go to one of their shows sometime.
The Escapes- During this we were all waiting for Manatee to go on but of what I heard they were good. No demo from them but thats okay. But i did ger some really good pictures.
Manatee- Manatee was the best band there in my opinion. They already have two CDs out and are working on a third so no demo from them either =( but ill prolly d/l some of their songs. I tool some pictures during their set but then they turned the lights off so that was the end of that. We had to leave right afterwards so no meeting the band. Maybe next time.
