Olivia – someone needs to take over purchasing for Deep Roots

Someone with a car or access to a car, once a week. If you do it right, you might have to go twice a week.

Chelsea has a car.

Order stuff on the day that you pick up stuff.

Write on order to wait to order the next time

Some things need to be bought in the shop

Go around 1-4PM 

Solution – Connie would like to take it up for the short term. Connie will make an awesome order form for purchasing stuff.

Cat needs to find someone to replace her.

Milk needs a purchasing person with a car who would be willing to pick up twice a week – similar order.

What about combining the two people to make it easier? 

Be the Greenleaf Valetine 0 make some personals. Olivia make a personals ad for the Guilfordian

Sara will do the inventory – she is improving is so that we will be doing that sort of stuff. Sara will ask for purchasers to tell us what was purchased. She needs a list of what everyone orders.

Cat will put in Buzz announcements to seek a person

Dagoba Chocolate, Simple Kneads, Counter Culture

Simple Kneads - Emily Hantz create purchasing a manual for them with price list, general guidelines for how to gather information and for how to change the order and guidelines for the structure of Simple Kneads.

Carly – will take on three easier purchasing tasks. Steve - Cups, Steve- Chocolate, Cat - Coffee.
