The GCCA wishes to use a Quaker-based format for leading discussions during meetings and for obtaining group consensus and decisions. This is an issue worth bringing up because a sincere effort is being made throughout the meetings to accomplish this. It is a learning process for the new and uninformed, as well as for experienced attendees of the meetings.
