The GCCA has interests in getting more members to participate so as to better reflect the diverse interests of the Guilford community at large. Another motivation is to establish a quorum for formalization of club functions and bylaws necessary in the establishment of a club on campus.
Another motivating factor is the need to get more involvement in the cooperative activities at Guilford College and to accommodate the departures of graduating members by replacing them with a sustaining new membership.
