Will
you collect sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to
Massachusetts, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
Our Shipping Policy
After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email. If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. We will send you a shipping confirmation email after all packages have shipped. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information.
Place Express orders by noon Eastern Time Monday through Friday for same day shipment. All express orders received after noon Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day. In addition, we do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
BEFK's Encyclopedias reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstancesMost items are available to ship in 1-2 business days.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes! We offer Next Day Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. You may select
this shipping option at Checkout, but please provide a physical address.
Express shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, but we are always striving to provide the best service possible to our
customers. We are currently working on finding ways to ship our products to
reach more locations.
Orders with Special Shipping Items Only
Certain items incur a special shipping charge due to their weight or
dimensions. These special shipping fees are clearly indicated on individual
product pages.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we
sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full
pound.
If you choose to order more than one set of encyclopedia, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as per-item
fee for each item in that shipment.
How do I return or cancel an item?
You may return items sold by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless that when you received them, they were damaged.
Do you take orders from Schools or Libraries?
We do take orders from schools and libraries as we do to any of our customers.
