| Good Charlotte |
| Punk rock thats made with a hint of pop! Good Charlotte is a new band with a lot of kick has exploded on the scene and showing that they can make great music. With a video that has the star power of a Miss Mandy Moore playing a role in their release, Little Things, and with the growth of their airplay rising, this band is unstoppable. Their self-titled album, Good Charlotte, has many singles-to-be on it. Some remarkable tracks on the album are Little Things, Waldorf Worldwide, Seasons, and The Motivation Proclamation, just to name a few. Their style is very pop-punk sounding, but they incorporate reggae and some great bass lines to make their masterpiece. From the first track to the final track, Change, you will be glued to you headphones just loving every minute from this band. One of the major aspects of this album I love is that you never know whats gonna happen next. Some songs start of as a ballad and then pump into a heavy guitar anthem, such as The Motivation Proclamation. They have enough talent to make the ballads and slower songs work just as much as their more heavier songs on the album. This band has the makings of being a super-group in the very near future. They are young guys that really know how to perform great music. I believe this is the best album in its genre since Blink-182s Enema of the State. This band is headed for stardom and maybe some awards while theyre at it. -- Bobby Roberts |
