Each guide provides an overview of the history, current political situation, and culture of the country, along with color photographs and lists of additional resources for obtaining further information. Suitable for use with high school or introductory college-level classes. Information is presented in short sections that can be easily printed and copied for classroom use. Russian Pittsburgh is a list of mainly Russian (plus some East European) churches, stores, and other places and organizations located in the Pittsburgh area. The list was compiled by a student of the Center for Russian and East European Studies. |
