Gav at the archway that indicates the start of the Great Ocean Road.

Built in 1934, replaced in 1972, burnt down and rebuilt in 1983 after 'Ash Wednesday'

Louisa in front of the Cape Otway LightStation.

This was our 'front yard' for the weekend.

Gav enjoying the view from our door.

Breakfast was an event every morning.

Louisa in front of the tower on the 'Otway Fly' - a bushwalk through the tree canopy.

Louisa is about 30 mtrs above the ground here, the tower took us up to about 45 mtrs.

Gav on one of the towers on the 'Otway Fly'.

Did you know that the 'Mountain Ash' (foreground) is in fact a eucalyptus, and is the tallest flowering plant in the world?

There ya go!

All the sunsets were spectacular, but this was the best on Friday evening.
Louisa and Gav (and Junior) in front of the 'Twelve Apostles'.

No, you can't see them all - neither could we.

Louisa (and Junior) in front of some of the impressive coastline.   Gav trying out some landscape photography.

This is further down the coast from the 'Twelve Apostles' stop, but I think this is still one of the 'Apostles' here.

Dinner in 'Apollo Bay'.  Beautiful.

"Did we have seafood?" - well, heckyeah we did!

Gav looking a bit wind-swept on top of the 'Cape Otway LightStation'.

The wind was OK here (leeward of the lighthouse), but if I took about 5 steps backward from here I could lean about 45 degrees into the wind!

A rugged-up Louisa displays a model of the Lighthouse.

Nah - just kidding :)
