---See below. It contains ideas for a new snowboard-monoski which also converts into a pair of regular skis. Also a new ("Tri-cat)sailboat .The fastest yet. Also a bonded zipper fastened to the skin temporarily substituting suture stitches and leaving no scars. And many other ideas.

AUTHOR'S RESUME. It's about his past history and a resume of his work experience in many various technical areas and with many different companies as a technical consultant, designer, innovator, inventor, etc. his past experiences has contributed to many of the ideas and concepts shown in the following indexes also.

BELOW..IS A PHOTO OF A NEW SCOOTER JUST RELEASED FOR 2001 IT HAS THE SAME SEAT SUGGESTED BACK IN 1995 IN 'THE STREET RAG'SKETCH.It also battery powered by an electric motor(mounted as shown on the back wheel with a gear reduction drive). The one below that in the sketch instead and as mentioned has magnets around both wheels on both sides with coils affixed to the forks and minimizing the extra drive components.

(IMAGE NO.17e)The electric scooter in the upper picture was from 'The street rag' Issue No. 102 of sept.95,and depicts a traveller sitting or standing with swap battery in a back pack or/and even two others mounted on the steering post.As suggested in the following issue, exchange stations with standard swap batteries could be,like the old milk vending machines, be located all over the town or country for quick swaps for a fee of course. Just like the future electric autos system shown in page 3(index3.html) below. Just recently a new scooter mfrg.co.from abroad has begun making them but it must be plugged in to recharge it. should one run out of power 20 miles away ...that's a long way to peddle home with your foot. The lower image depicts a "BI-Cycle" built for two but both on one seat or close proximity like a motorcycle. It's a cozy way to travel, no..? Also the pedals extend somewhat further out permitting both riders to participate in sharing the load and thus, less tiring for both. (cont)

(IMAGE NO.17f)How's this for a motorbike? It's cool in the summer and warm in the winter.Central landing mini-wheels like aircrafts come down and contact the pavement just as the bike stops and keeping it in a vertical position till the vehicle begins to move again.(cont)

(IMAGE N.17g)This ECOMOBILE is quite similar to the design shown above in 17f. Arnold Wagner with others in Switzerland are producing it. Micheal Brennen in California also wants to make a similar one thru his copmpany NOW MOTORS.(cont)

(IMAGE NO.18a)This snowboard is quite similar to the one I made back in 1961.As mentioned in text next to image 18 below a patent(no.3154312) was acquired in 1964 titled the "monoski" and was made of two unfinished regular skis to permit joining them. The reverse is occuring here in this set-up.Several arrangements are typical to this. Here Dan Lyon and Gregg Olson made this one.Others called the "fat ski" also "voile split decision" among others are being tried out.The photo above, left shows the snowboard assembled while the one at right illustrates its seperation.(jan16,02)Should the two halves remain attached and the binbings be located side by side the skier could monoski as well as snowboard using one investment .What is required with the soft boots though is a knee harness as suggested in text at Image 18 below (cont)(cont)The following are some existing patents of other split boards. The monoski photo shows the one I invented in 1961.The airborne photo was taken recently.Click on all of them.

monoski

(IMAGE N.18b)Here's my Monoski and unlike the Snowboard ski poles can be used for propelling oneself on shallow incline or flat ground. See my MONO SKI PATENT ABOVE,also view the 'AIRBORNE' image below to give an idea of it's capability in comparison to other modes

AIRBORNE

(IMAGE NO.18)(for Sweden-or Norway should Sweden refuse). In 1961 I asked a ski mfrg co. in Champlain N.Y. provide me with two skis unaltered in the insides so I could butt them together to form a single wide ski.Up in Pico Peak Vt. when I first used it they all laughed. No more!My patent,No. 3154312 titled MONO SKI expired in 1981. Now its History. This new idea (right) "both ways"expands on it in that it permits its disassembly to convert it for both modes of riding the snow. The image at top right shows a snow boarder riding deep powder in the A.M.(since then our friend "McDonald" copied this in their ads on N.Y.C.buses.)then at lunch time rearrange the board into a pair of skis to use in the P.M. as shown at bottom right. One may notice a pair of knee harnesses with tethers snapped to the tips and tails of the skis giving the same stability as rigid boots for maneuvering. thus with only one investment both modes are available and with minimum equipment. The bottom left sketches depict how the conversion takes place. With quick snap bindings(I'll design them if need be.)that can be relocated longitudinally like regular skis, and cross latches permitting the removal of the central piece to leave behind (on car roof maybe?)while off you go to the deep moguls with your buddies permitting different challenges.Another idea for a snow board will besome time soon presented in the "rag",it'll really change snowboarding as we now know it.Note:(April 24 2001)This arrangement can also permit monoskiing by mounting the bindings side by side and leaving the board in one piece thus permiting three modes of skiing,Monoskiing,Snowboarding and the Regular Skiing..Using Rigid Ski Boots and corresponding bindings can also be an alternative. Here again only one investment could permit using all 3 modes. "Hang in there." Type here

(IMAGE NO.19)(for South Africa)It's a self-charging electric bicycle. No need plugging in to charge batteries. Many new electric bikes require either that a recharged battery replace the used-up one or as mentioned, plug in and wait. This bike doesn't need to do any of this. You charge it as you peddle along. as you may see within the triangular frame is the permanently affixed battery. Should you want to see the bike go into "www.geocities.com/gblsys" When the index appears hit "elcbk.gif" and use horizontal curser as well as the vertical one to view it all.(cont) Type here.

(IMAGE NO.20)(For Lebanon and Syria) The fastest sail boat yet.Although this sketch illustrates vertical foils , sails can be a substitute for them. more details and images will be added soon. (cont)

(IMAGE NO.20a) This Ketterman (Hobie) TriFoiler above is fastest sail boat yet... for now, but once we build and try out a prototype of the TRI-CAT in the above sketch it may no longer be 'top dog'(cont)

(IMAGE NO.21)BELOW Here's an idea of mine to be considered by medical supply companies and is similar and presently being copied but applied to the patient after the medical operation. It's being sold by a company called ATRAX with headquarters in Bermuda and that product now called MEDIZIP is made in the Netherlands for them.My concept goes beyond that where it can be applied before the incision. It's a SURGICAL ZIPPER stuck to the patient to be operated on. As you open it an incision occurs, when done upon closing, the skin tissue returns to the exact position as before the cut was made.

(IMAGE NO.21) It leaves no scars. Just glue on a zipper(cont) Well wadda ya kno---look at dis..! http://www.medizip.com there copying my idea..
