The Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club is Brian's charity. When Brian was born he had a hole in his heart, and his parents had trouble getting insurance for him. Today Brian has had surgery to correct this, but being the sweet guy he is he's trying to help out other kids and their families. The Healthy Heart Club is for kids who have and are at risk for heart problems. They learn about excersize and nutrition and much more. Your support helps make this possible. Also, Brian's foundation helps families who can't afford the kind of help their children need with their heart problems. No child should suffer because money is an issue.

The Dorough Lupus Foundation is Howie D's charity. Howie's sister Caroline Dorough-Cochran died of the disease Lupus in 1998. Howie and his family started the dorough lupus foundation (DLF) to research lupus, as well as help those who already have the disease financially. Just Within Reach: An Earth Foundation is Kevin's charity. Just Within Reach (or JWR) was named for Kevin's father, Jerald Wayne Richardson. Kevin's father died not too long before the Backstreet Boys started. He died of cancer. Kevin's charity is about Earth education and rehabilitation. He also looks at the connection between the polution of our earth and cancer. We need to save our environment for tomorrow's children. We can do this by educating todays. Help Kevin change the world more every day.

The Johnny No-Name foundation is Alex (AJ)'s charity. It is generally to save the music in school's. AJ's alter ego Johnny No-Name, worked with VH1's Save the Music campaign to try to keep music education in our school systems. It's very important for children to have a creative outlet.
