Chattanooga's electric shuttles run up and down Broad Street between two terminals - one near the aquarium and the other next to the train museum. You never have to wait more than five minutes and each one is accessible with a wheelchair ramp. Two shuttles had to pass us up because they were filled but before the third shuttle came by a uniformed transit employee stopped and apologized for us having to wait. They boarded the third shuttle and rearranged the passengers to make room.
