| I'm needing a hug today. I miss my mother, father, grandmothers, grandfathers, sisters, brothers, I miss 'family". I miss the "safe" warmth of intimacy, the kind you can only give and receive from the soul, the "heart" of love. The kind that rarely offers a chance to pull soft blankets of love around you; needing to release my Self, and feel it coming back to me. I'm wanting to call you, and leave a hug to bless you; that perhaps for just an instant, a blanket of warmth will grace your presence and you'll smile back at me, wrap around me, your essence, like "being home." |
