Gobi Manchurian
Ingredients

Cauliflower florets- 20 pieces
Maida- 1 cup
Corn flour-1 cup
chilli powder- 1 tsp
Mix the above with 1 cup water with little salt

chop the following(very fine pieces)

ginger- 2 tablespoons
garlic- 2 cloves
spring onion- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1
green chillies- 3
tomato sauce -1/2 cup
chilli sauce 1/4 cup

Procedure

In a pan fry the onions to golden brown color.then add the green chillies, ginger,garlic, spring onions and saute for 5 min.add the sauces and add little bit water and boil until it thickens.

Boil the cauliflower florets for 5 min in hot water (or microwave for 5 min).then dip the florets in the flour mixture and deep fry until crisp.
add  the cooked cauliflower in the sauce and remove once it's coated with sauce.
garnish with coriander..serve hot!
