Coriander Chutney- 1
Ingredients

Coriander- 1 big bunch washed and finely chopped
(For Mint chutney same procedure.replace corainder with mint)
Green chillies- 4( if you want it spicy you can add 2 more)
Tamarind -- little (half of lemon size)soaked in water for 10 min
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Channa dhal-1 teaspoon
urad dhal- 1 teaspoon

Procedure

In a kadai, add a teaspoon of oil  and saute the channa dhal and urad dhal ..keep it aside.In the same kadai add the jeera and fry for a minute and add the chopped coriander.Saute for 5 min

then grind everything together to a smooth paste

season with mustard
