Coriander Chutney 2
Ingredients

Coriander- 1 cup(washed and chopped )
Green chillies 4 or 5
Coconut- 3 tablespoon grated
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind -half lemon size.soak in water for 10 min

Procedure

In a kadai, add a teaspoon of oil.Fry the jeera for a min and then add the coconut..saute for 5 minutes.
Keep it aside
Then fry the chopped coriander in the kadai.

Grind everything to a smooth paste with salt.

season with mustard
