� Vanessa Sims-Green � Department of Ag � Deployed to Crawford County. States the need for water and plastic bags for the animals. She was told to contact SOC to request water for the animals. � Terry Haight � Adventist Community Services - Warehouse set up in Americus. Location: Americus Exposition Center, 903 Addington, Americus GA, 229-924-2743. Managers Hew and Caroline Lipscomb. Will send goods on request to approved distribution centers serving all the affected areas.
� Bob Tribble � Lutheran Disaster Response- Bob is the contact person for the Long Term Recovery Committee. LTRC will meet Monday, March 5, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. Location: First Methodist Church, Americus GA. Bob will have more information on Monday addressing the housing needs for deployed volunteers.
� Jim Paul � Ken �Tenn Relief Team � States that there is a resource for water in gallon containers at Winchester Dairies owned by Kroger located in Kentucky. To ship a flatbed the cost is $1,500.00. Requesting agency pays the shipping. Jim�s number is 606-524-1988. Also a community in Kentucky is collecting food, cleaning supplies, hygiene kits, etc for agencies in need and he can transport donated supplies. Contact Jim for more information.
� Daved Baker � Operation Love Thy Neighbor � States that the Miller Brewer in Albany is donating water. Also SW GA Food Bank in Albany is accepting donations. Daved asked if there is a need for ice. Request for ice needs to go to the state. His agency is sending a person to Americus.
� Laura Katz Parenteau and Tara Fredericks � Citizen Action Team Relief Database � Tara states there is a Citizen Action Team group at the Fire Station located on Lee Street in Americus for needs assessment and can be contacted at 229-924-3212. Laura asked if there are any medical clinics set up. Bob Tribble will check on that. Citizen Action Team Database can register volunteers. This needs to be coordinated with Jami Leverett. Jami�s number is 404-635-4255. Laura�s number is 205-625-5889.
� Marty Kooisra � Salvation Army � Will set up command center in Americus. Jack Butler will serve as the Incident Commander.
� Jim Ewings � World Vision Albany � There is a warehouse in Americus for storing donated goods.
� Fred Visser � Christian World Relief � Fred�s e-mail is [email protected] and phone number is 616-301-4460.
� Lesli Remaly � Church World Service � Offered her agencies help in the recovery effort..
� Stephanie Wright � American Red Cross � Red Cross can supply comfort kits with basic hygiene items. There are caseworkers, DAT teams and damage assessment teams in the affected areas. There was a shelter opened last night with 13 people.
