Second of all, you will also notice, that neither Caitanya Bhagavata Prabhu (George Connor), or his wife, Mother Gandarvika (Kelly Connor), state in their complaints that I said or did anything to either of them as they were leaving, because, the fact of the matter is that I simply did not, nor was I waiting for them. As stated previously, our spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Srila Prabhupada, has strongly advised his followers, and verily everybody to perform spiritual practices, such as prayer meditation with the beads (that closely resemble a Catholic rosary), in the association of devotees (those who are solely devoted to God), which is just what I was doing then, and am always aspiring to do for as long as possible. Actually, to be perfectly honest, I would prefer to remain in the association of devotees, perpetually. When I noticed that all the devotees living in the San Diego ISKCON Hare Krsna Temple Community had retired for the evening, I went home.

Regarding the statement, made by his wife, Mother Gandarvika (Kelly Connor), under the subheading entitled, December-January, that I was just rambling on about my interpretation of the philosophy, I would once again like to point out that they have yet to provide even so much as a single shred of evidence to substantiate their claim, that I am in the habit of presenting a false interpretation of the philosophy. I, on the other hand, as you can plainly see from the examples I have thus provided in this response statement to their petition, have consistently been presenting more than an ample supply of supportive scriptural quotes all along, which undeniably prove that they, quite to the contrary, are the ones distorting the philosophy, and furthermore, that they are in the habit of doing so, exclusively to suit their own convenience. Next, we see in Mother Gandarvika's (Kelly Connor) complaint, that yet another one of them is claiming to be frightened. In response to this, I feel it cannot be emphasized enough, that, in light of their threats, beatings and unnecessary, unlawful arrests, like for example, the time on January 4, 2000, when Mother Becky (Rebecca Lucero), somehow or other, convinced the police to enforce her unwarranted right to have me taken into custody for allegedly violating her restraining order, this complaint is simply based on nothing more than sheer and utter hypocrisy, for it is obviously they who are the cause of fear. And by the way, how they can get away with so badly abusing the judicial law system is totally beyond me. Apparently, anybody can fabricate any fallacious or fictitious claim at will and have practically any person they want placed under custody and thrown into jail for up to three days, depending on how long the processing requires, which is primarily based on how many people happen to be arrested during that particular time period, simply by calling it a "citizens arrest," and there's absolutely nothing anybody can do about it when it's simply just a matter of, like they say, "her word against mine." So much for being innocent until proven guilty. Another interesting example of a false arrest imposed by another member of the movement, is the one which occurred just a few months ago, during my travels through Atlanta, Georgia, when, the next day, after having been escorted by the police the night before, out of the Atlanta ISKCON Hare Krsna Community, because of the request made by Bala Bhadra Prabhu (the Temple President of that particular center), I was arrested for walking down the sidewalk, while waiting for the Rathyatra Festival (our public Festival of the Chariots) to commence outside the property of the Atlanta ISKCON Hare Krsna Community. Apparently, based on the statement of the arresting officer, who, I might add, didn't ask me any questions before putting the handcuffs on and making the arrest, Bala Bhadra Prabhu had also fabricated the fictitious claim that before the officer had arrived, I had, inadvertently, stepped foot onto the property, and had therefore, committed the crime of trespassing.

Regarding the next statement appearing in attachment 5b of the Petition for Injunction Prohibiting Harassment, entitled (Further description of incidents of abuse), made under the subheading, entitled, December, by someone who's name doesn't appear on the form I received, I would like to state, that after Badrinarayana Prabhu (Robert Morrill) threatened Murli Prabhu (the devotee, who initially invited me to stay at the ISKCON Preaching Center, located in Tijuana, Mexico, for an indefinite period of time) and his family, and after e-mailing Guru Prasad Swami (the GBC (Governing Body Commission) representative for all of Mexico), the devotees in Tijuana all became afraid, then, despite my constant reminders to them, that Srila Prabhupada has instructed his followers, to never flatly say that anyone must leave, and especially not to call the police to get rid of them, they panicked, and decided to, guess what... call the police. When the Mexican Police arrived, because of the communication barrier (which, I might add, they made, absolutely, no attempt to overcome), there was no way for me to inform them about all the extenuating circumstances revolving around my situation, which I have previoulsy explained herein, or that, furthermore, the landlord of the property, had never asked me to vacate the facility; they arrested me on the spot, and within no time, brought me before a judge who also spoke no English, and who apparently had absolutely no patience at all, for someone such as myself, who had the extreme audacity to not have bothered learning the language of the land, prior to visiting his country. Now, I have no idea what the devotees were telling him, during the "trial," but, I did, eventually figure out, that I was sentenced to three days in jail, or in other words, to yet another place, where the only thing they serve to eat is a meat centered diet, which is not only against my religion, but is verily, considered abhorrent and extremely detestable.

And now, moving right along to Badrinarayana Prabhu's (Robert Morrill) statement, just to give you some further idea of how distorted his recollections and versions of facts are: Regarding the claim he makes in his statement, appearing in attachment 5b of the Petition for Injunction Prohibiting Harassment, entitled (Further description of incidents of abuse), made under the subheading, entitled Tuesday, January 18th, 2000, that I was even ejected from Greyhound bus, after they purchased a cross-country bus ticket for me to go to one of our farms on the East Coast, let me first of all point out, that I have never been on a Greyhound Bus, headed for the New Vrndavana ISKCON Hare Krsna Farm Community, he is referring to, what to speak of ever being ejected from a Greyhound Bus. I did, however, take a flight to Pittsburgh once, in 1991, en-route to New Vrndavana, and from there was driven to Wheeling, West Virginia, by a chauffer company. Once I arrived in Wheeling, I was driven the rest of the way, by one of the local members of the New Vrndavana ISKCON Hare Krsna Farm Community. I left there early in the year of 1992, and have not returned since, nor had I ever visited there prior to that. Nor did this incident occur en-route to any one of our other farm communities on the East Coast, like the Gita-nagari ISKCON Hare Krsna Farm Community, just outside of Port Royal, Pennsylvania; the New Goloka ISKCON Hare Krsna Farm Community in Hillsborough, North Carolina, or the New Ramana-reti ISKCON Hare Krsna Farm Community in Alachua, Florida, either. Besides that, I know for a fact, that he's referring to the New Vrndavana ISKCON Hare Krsna Farm Community, because I've heard this story before. I would also like to point out, that no member of ISKCON has ever purchased a Greyhound bus ticket for me to go anywhere. I have absolutely no idea how he managed to fabricate such an elusive concoction from the actual facts, in the matter of what really happened, just a few months ago, while I was a passenger of a #11, SDSU local, San Diego city bus, heading towards downtown San Diego, from the San Diego State University, where I boarded the bus, using a monthly bus pass, which, I might add, I had purchased myself. While riding the bus that day, I engaged in one of our common practices of reading a scripture out loud (at the same volume we would normally use to speak to another person sitting right beside us). After reading one of our scriptures, called the Bhagavad-gita, for a short time, in this way, one of the passengers became extremely irritated and began complaining to the bus driver, who, like all the others I've previously encountered during my regular trips back and forth, to and from the college, was not in the least bit bothered by it. The driver, then informed this passenger, that the company had previously instructed her to do nothing about such insignificant, undisturbing occurrences, but the irate woman, just became more and more outraged by the moment, and persistently pursued in her attempts to persuade the bus driver to stop me, even though I had patiently explained to her, that the reason why several authorities in our Society [ISKCON], have duly advised us to read the scriptures out loud, is that, aside from the fact, that it creates a nice atmosphere, and is spiritually beneficial for everybody, it helps us concentrate on what we are reading, in the midst of so many distractions. When she continued to press the issue, I asked her if she felt, that I should not have the same, God given right, upheld by the first amendment of the constitution, to speak, as all the others on the bus had, especially in light of the fact that contrary to what we are usually accustomed to hearing the people of this world speaking about, I was, in fact, speaking something beneficial, as apparently opposed to her opinion. I admit that later on, during the course of our conversation, which eventually escalated into an argument, I became rather upset, and ultimately, raised my voice. Her contention was, that because no one was allowed to play a radio on the bus, I should not be allowed to read out loud, even though, as I pointed out there were no signs, restricting anyone from speaking, especially about God. Eventually the driver asked me to discontinue my reading, although, by this point, I had begun reading so quietly, that nobody could possibly hear me. Understanding that this was a clear-cut case of religious discrimination, I refused to comply with her request. She, then became very angry, and demanded, that I immediately deboard the bus. At that point, I calmy and peacefully refused, then continued reading quietly. She, then made a call on her mobile telephone, and within a short time, a gentleman from the city bus company arrived in a company car, which he parked in front of the bus, and then boarded the bus we were on. He instructed the driver, not to continue driving, until this matter had been settled, at which point, he somewhat politely, but firmly, instructed me to kindly, get off the bus, seemingly, in spite of my explanation of how I had absolutely no intention of cooperating with religious persecution. Eventually, the next #11 SDSU bus arrived at that bus stop, and everyone on the bus I was in, was ushered off the bus and moved onto the other one. Needless to say, I was not invited to join them. Then, after being physically obstructed from entering the other bus, I admittedly became angry and called the supervisor, or whatever he was, a demon, just before I stormed off, walking down the street, on my way home. In retrospect, I can't rightfully say, for certain, whether or not, all of my actions during this incident were completely justified. I just wanted to point out, as stated previously, that Badrinarayana Prabhu (Robert Morrill), consistently, has the undeniably, habitual tendency, to drastically and radically, distort the facts in the matter of, practically, any given situation. Furthermore, he is well known for his habit of jumping to conclusions, and for often being way too judgemental. His statement, regarding medical records and mental institutions, as also explained previously, is also based on his distorted versions, and/or so-called, recollections of certain incidents, which he has exclusively heard from others, who are well known for being extremely unreliable sources of information, what to speak of the fact, that he is also highly prone to exaggeration. Regarding the next set of accusations, made by Badrinarayana Prabhu (Robert Morrill), of some alleged threats, and my so-called, unjustifide acts of violence, involving physical force, adopted and utilized, for any reason, other than self-defense, I strongly feel that I have already addressed these issues quite extensively and hopefully sufficiently. Please correct me if I am wrong. Now, in response to the next accusation, which appears in his statement, that I block people's cars, when they try to drive away, for the record, I hereby, emphatically deny this absurd, bold-faced lie. I have never, in all my life, done such a thing, but I do, however, remember a time when, back in 1991, one devotee named Jagai Nitai, stood sturdily in front of the 1985 Subaru I was driving through the Los Angeles ISKCON Hare Krsna Community, while another devotee, took a swing at me through the window of the drivers side of the vehicle.

In conclusion, I would just like to mention that it is my firm conviction that if the plaintiff's request for a restraining order is granted, all the other temple authorities throughout the country, as well as those in all the temples throughout the rest of the continent, will surely follow suit, and thus by following the example set by the plaintiffs in this case, will unwarrantedly win the war we have waged against the crime and corruption, which has literally contaminated the very core of our, otherwise fine organization.

Thank you very much for your time and patience in reading through this lengthy dissertation.

Sincerely,

Gauranga Prema Dasa
