I originally joined the International Society for Krsna Consciousness in April of 1983, and have been a full-fledged, formally initiated member since October of that year. To be an initiated member in our movement means, that one is accepted by a current representative of a parampara (a technical term in the Sanskrit language used to refer to a disciplic succession of masters and disciples which began with God). After vowing to follow four regulative principles, which include: not contributing to any form of unnecessary violence, even to the extent of eating meat, fish or eggs; not gambling, taking any intoxication, including, even coffee, tea or cigarettes, or indulging in any form of illicit sex, which means, sex outside of marriage, and not for the purpose of procreation, the perspective candidate for spiritual initiation into the disciplic succession, also vows to perform a practice known as mantra-meditational prayer, which involves chanting the Hare Krsna, maha (great) mantra (prayer incantation for deliverance), consisting of different names of God in the Sanskrit language (Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare), using a string of 108 beads, which closely resemble a Catholic rosary and are used for, amongst other reasons, counting the number of times the prayer is recited. This prayer, which for all practical purposes, is basically a request for the Supreme Lord to please perpetually engage us in his loving, devotional service, is repeated by those who are initiated, or who are aspiring for initiation, once, for every bead on the strand of 108 beads, at least 16 times daily. This practice, usually takes most devotees (those who are devoted to God) about one and a half to two hours a day.

Prior to being accepted for initiation, I chanted my sixteen rounds daily, and strictly followed all the rules and regulations of monastic life in the Hare Krsna Community, which also includes rising early every morning prior to a program, known as mangala-arati, that begins promptly, either at 4:15 or 4:30 AM, depending upon the schedule of each particular center, and lasts until breakfast time, which is served out at around eight or nine o'clock and was, also in the habit of attending the evening program, which begins at 6:30 PM in most centers, and lasts until, approximately eight o'clock, except on Sundays, when the traditional, free Sunday Feast Program begins at 6:00 PM. I followed this schedule for about seven months, prior to being initiated, which is approximately, the standard required amount of time everyone needs to regularly perform these practices, in order to prove our sincerity and determination to maintain the discipline and keep the vows. I am also currently strictly following the four regulative principles, and chanting at least my prescribed number of prayers daily.

In the following proceedings, it is my intention to prove that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, legally, what to speak of morally and ethically, the members of the ISKCON administration, have absolutely no right, whatsoever, to banish, evict, exile, or in any way, otherwise excommunicate, any practicing member from the organization. Nor for that matter, do they ever have any right to ask anyone to leave the society, for any reason, as several of the current members have, unjustifiably been doing with numerous other members, as well as with innumerable guests, for many years now; and furthermore, that this is unquestionably not the business of any administrator, or, for that matter, any other member of this amicable organization.

In order to substantiate the preceding allegations, which I'm honestly claiming to be factual accounts of the actual situation, I hereby propose to provide extensive documentation, in the following presentation, demonstrating the said, unlawful, immoral and unethical position of all my rival adversaries who are involved and implicated in the present, mass extrication attempt, of sincere souls, from what, right from the very beginning, has always, genuinely been intended to be a respectable, religious organization. I would like to begin, by presenting a brief compilation of a series of quotes, made by the founder of this fine organization, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Srila Prabhupada, who is, and always will be, undeniably and indisputably, without question, the highest authority of the International Society for Krsna Consciousness [ISKCON]:
