Wow, a sequel. Encouraged by Angel Hideki and Yamato795 and all the other wonderful people that reviewed Jesse James. The song, ‘The One That You Love’ is by Air Supply, one of my favorite groups.
The One That You Love.
By: Dai-na.
Seto lay in bed, drifting somewhere between sleep and consciousness, pondering the previous night’s events. He and Yugi had come together in a wave of desire, need,…… And maybe love. He was awed by it as well as how natural it had felt, Yugi surrendering his body to him without hesitation. He could still feel Yugi’s fingers and mouth as they had run over his flesh; feeling him, tasting him, seemingly devouring him whole. The sensations had been incredible, unlike anything that he’d ever imagined.
In all truth, he was afraid to open his eyes, to wake up to the harsh light of reality and find out that everything had gone back to normal or that, worse, it had all just been some amazing dream. He didn’t want it to end.
Yugi had been someone that he’d been drawn to from the beginning. His ingenuous eyes and his sincere attempts at his friendship had called to him, beckoning him to the smaller boy. It had taken a while before he’d begun to suspect that the younger one might have had other motives than just being his friend. But, after he’d thought about it, he’d seen the lingering looks that the other had directed at him. Seen the want, the need, in his eyes and had known that it was all that the smaller one could do to hide it. The knowledge had pleased him thoroughly and he’d realized, with some shock, that he wanted the other as well. Yugi had been his ultimate rival, his goal and purpose for a while and, during that time, he’d been unable to see that the passion that he’d issued trying to defeat him in a duel had sprung from something else entirely. Yugi’s compassion and strength had seemed ideal to him; made Yugi look like some sort of fallen seraph in his eyes. He still seemed that way to him. A beautiful angel. One he didn’t think that he could let go of.
Now the night has gone
Now the night has gone away
Doesn’t seem that long
We hardly had two words to say
Finally, with a resigned sigh, he opened his eyes and found himself staring into crimson. He was startled by it because he remembered clearly that Yugi’s eyes were violet. He took in the form leaning above him with slight apprehension. It was Yugi. He seemed lager, darker and more in command, but it was still definitely Yugi. That open emotion shining in his eyes was unmistakable. This new appearance wasn’t unfamiliar, he decided, He seen it before, in most of their duels, how his small lover had become more confident and aware of himself. He figured that it had something to do with Yugi’s Sennen Puzzle, the treasured artifact that even now still adorned him, despite the complete lack of any other clothing. And that lack of clothing was becoming more and more apparent to him as he studied the other.
Slowly, he brought a hand up to run it experimentally over the dark one’s cheek, almost afraid that he would disappear if he touched him. The dark one’s eyes flashed at the contact and the next thing he knew his mouth was being ravished by a pair of firm, demanding lips. He surrendered to them, completely startled by the assault. A demanding tongue parted his lips and explored the cavern of his mouth. He was engulfed by sudden desire and groaned into the other’s mouth as his hands moved over the plane of Seto’s chest, his long, elegant fingers trailing over him torturously.
He gasped as sharp little nails raked across his flesh, setting his skin ablaze. His mouth was amazing, Hot, furious and nothing less than thorough. He couldn’t get enough of it. It was like the previous night with Yugi all over again.
It struck him that, while this mysterious being was Yugi in the way that counted, it really wasn’t him. With a great measure of reluctance he pulled away from his mouth.
“Ma… matte.” He gasped.
I promise this one will go slow
Oh, we have the right you know
We have the right you know
The dark one looked down at him curiously but complied, pulling back the slightest bit. He did his best to catch his breath.
“I don’t even know what to call you.” He said, feeling rather foolish. The other one just seemed to study him with a slightly amused look. Finally he spoke.
“Yugi calls me Yami.” He voice was smooth as silk, dark and dangerous, just the sound of it sending little tremors through him. Yami. It seemed fitting. The form above him seemed to exude the darkness, the same way that Yugi seemed to embody the light. To halves of an entirely perfect whole, he decided.
“Yami…” He said, testing the name on his lips. It fell easily and he liked the sound of it. With a nod he pulled the other boy back down to his eager lips. He wasn’t in a particular hurry to learn all the details about this dark one’s connection to Yugi. They would talk tomorrow, one way or another, and he would learn everything. But he feared that it would be the beginning of the end. He wanted nothing more than to continue whatever this was that he shared with the other boy, but he knew that such a relationship would be hard to maintain, whether in secret or in the open. So he would take all that he could have now, in these blissful moments between dusk and dawn. He would savor these moments as if they were the last he would have. Because they very well might be.
Yami moaned in approval against his mouth and his hands continued their exploration of his body. There wasn’t the slightest hesitation in his touch and Seto was thankful for it. He didn’t want to waste these precious moments on foolish insecurity. He ran his hands over the dark one’s back, pulling him close against him, leaving no room for mistake on either of their parts how much they both wanted this.
Don’t say the morning’s come
Don’t say the morning’s come so soon
Must we end this way
When so much here is hard to lose
Yami’s hands settled on his chest, toying with the beaded nubs there. Seto cried out his name hoarsely against his lips and arched into his touch. With every touch it felt as though sparks of electricity were shooting through his body. It was all he could do to remember to breathe. He buried his fingers in the dark one’s spiky hair, holding his mouth against his. He met his tongue, stroke for stroke with his own and they dueled for supremacy. It was heated and fierce and in the end, Seto won, rolling them over do that he laid atop the pharaoh. He pulled his mouth back and took a moment to study the one beneath him, flushed and out of breath. The sight was incredibly erotic and he fought with the urge to take him right then and there. He grabbed his wrists and pinned them above his head, securing them in place with his hands and putting his weight on them so as not to be dislodged. He saw the rebellion flash in the smaller boy’s eyes and felt his lips curving into a smirk at the sight. He settled himself above the other’s thighs, deliberately brushing against him, causing them both to groan at the contact. With a muttered oath directed at his own lack of restraint, he captured Yami’s lips once again. He lost himself in the dark, sensual taste of him and leaned over him, feeling his chest brush against the other’s flushed skin. Yami growled into his mouth, struggling to free his hands so that he could touch him, feel him, but Seto’s hands held firm as he plundered his mouth. The boy beneath him arched, brushing against him, sending fire lapping through his veins, scorching him, threatening to snap his tenuous control.
While still holding the other’s wrists with one hand, he used the other to reach between them, caressing the dark boy with slow, measured strokes. Yami cried out his name and the sound was like music to him.
Love is everywhere I know it is
Such moments as this are too few
Oh, it’s all up to you
It’s all up to you
He could feel Yami shiver beneath him and increased the intensity of his strokes ever so slightly. Yami arched and bucked beneath him, panting heavily and crying out whenever he increased the pressure. He was enraptured by the dark one’s expression, he half-lidded eyes glazed over with passion, his cheeks flushed from desire and his lips, slightly bruised and swollen from their earlier kissed, parted as he desperately fought to pull air into his lungs. Seto claimed his mouth once again, tasting the need on his lips before he moved down his body. He ran his mouth over his throat and neck, nipping at the tender flesh at his shoulder. He heard the other’s throaty cry and repeated his actions before moving down over his chest, pausing to take one of the dusty colored peaks between his lips. He ran his tongue over it, suckling it before biting down. The other boy’s back arched up off the bed at a dangerous angle and his hands broke free of their lax restraint burying his fingers in Seto’s chestnut hair, holding his mouth to him. Guttural moans and gasped were torn from the smaller one’s throat until finally he came, exploding in a fit of passion, nearly screaming his name. Seto was awed by seeing the darker one coming undone and his arousal throbbed painfully, demanding release.
He brought his hand up to his face, licking some of the creamy substance from his fingers, sampling the other boy’s essence before shifting, moving between his thighs. He spread the other’s legs and brought his hand to him, using the sticky, coated fingers to prepare him. Yami squirmed against his fingers impatiently, wanting more. Seto would have been happy to oblige but, as strong as his desire was, he couldn’t bear the thought of hurting the boy beneath him. Yami growled and glared at him, silently demanding him to hurry.
Here I am, the one that you love
Asking for another day
Understand, the one that you love
Loves you in so many ways
He held his breath as he pressed into the other boy, the tight heat enveloping him, overwhelming his senses and driving every thought out of his mind. He hissed as he fought to stay still, to let the other adjust to the feel of him inside of him. Yami had other intentions though. He moved beneath Seto, urging him into an intense rhythm that left them both gasping and panting. Seto felt his control snap as he moved inside the other. Where with Yugi he had forced himself to go slow, he found himself unable to hold back with Yami. Every nerve in his body was screaming at him and he could feel that the darker one craved his passion, every ounce that he possessed. All of his restraints broke, and he gave Yami everything he had. Their hands roamed wild over each other’s bodies as they moved together in perfect unison, meeting thrust for thrust and when Seto thought that he would go mad from the building tension, he shattered like glass, unable to move or breath as the waves of passion washed over him.
Unwilling to leave his lover on the brink he moved down his body and stroked him, eliciting whimpers from the other. He ran his tongue over him, tasting the heated flesh that he held. He took him into his mouth, running his tongue over the underside of his length while his teeth grazed him lightly. Yami thrashed about, enthralled by the sensations invoked by Seto’s hot, eager mouth as it moved over him. The darker one clenched his fists in the tangled sheets, crying out as he hit his release and Seto swallowed his prize, savoring the intimate taste of him.
As Yami panted heavily he moved back up his body to kiss him, allowing him to taste himself on his lips and tongue. Yami murmured in delight and held him close. They both lay there for an indeterminable amount of time; each lulled by the sound of the other’s breathing.
Tell me we can stay
Tell me we can stay, oh please
They are the words to say
The only words I can believe
Seto sat in the bench at the large window, looking out at the night sky, thinking silently. He’d left Yami asleep in the bed across the room, but he, himself, had been unable to find rest. His mind was going haywire, trying to figure out where everything was going. He could see the sun peeking out over the horizon and knew that daylight was not long in coming. He cursed it, wishing that it would never come, never make him face what he feared would be the end of what he and Yugi had shared. He didn’t know if he could survive such a blow.
He heard the floor creak and he turned, not to find Yami, but Yugi approaching him, somewhat apprehensively. He gave him a soft smile and reached out to him, pulling him over to the bench and into his arms. The small boy sighed contentedly and settled into his embrace, looking out to watch the sunrise with him. He felt at ease having the little one in his arms as light began to spread against the distance, almost as if it were a silent promise that he would not disappear along with the night, that when the day broke, he would still be there with him.
He sighed softly, not daring to hope, and buried his face in
the other’s hair, inhaling, taking in the sent of him. Sweet and refreshing,
the smell of his shampoo still clung to the silken strands and the scent of
mint and jasmine bombarded his senses. He felt that the scent would forever
burn his mind. He tightened the arms that were wrapped around the other boy,
allowing not even the air to pass between them. Yugi turned slightly in his
embrace to look at him curiously. The smaller boy smiled as he looked in his
eyes and leaned up to place a sweet, chaste kiss on his cheek.
Hold me in your arms for just another day
I promise this one will go slow
Oh, we have the right you know
We have the right you know
That simple action, while something that could easily pass between family members or close friends, seemed to mean more than the rest of the events that had taken place that night and he was held, frozen, under the other’s open gaze. He felt his eyes grow moist and tried to blink the tears away before they could fully form but was unsuccessful. Yugi grew startled when he saw the crystalline drops trailing down his cheeks but said nothing. Instead he leaned forward and kissed the tears away. He struggled for something to say, anything, but how could he tell him that that tiny, nearly insignificant action, that sign of easy affection had seemed to ease all the fears that had rose in him, all the insecurities and doubts and given him cause to hope. Something that he hadn’t had in a long time.
He would have been unable to force any sound passed his lips even if he had had the words to say. So instead he held him close, holding the smaller one’s head against his shoulder and his tears dripped silently into his hair, dampening it but going unnoticed. It just felt so right to hold him this way, to have him pressed against him, their arms around the other’s waist and listening to the sound of the other’s breathing.
Seto ran his hand through Yugi’s tear-soaked hair marveling, not for the first time, at how soft it was; a reflection of the boy himself. So bright and vibrant, standing out among everyone else, seemingly so unapproachable, as if would be sacrilege to infringe upon his personal space, to speak to him the most vile of offenses. But he was sweet, so open and treated everyone as if they were all, at least in his eyes, on the same level. He saw himself as above no one and even doubted his own wonder. He was so incredibly amazing Seto wondered how he could be anything but a dream. And that was only the tip of the iceberg. There were so many layers to the small boy in his arms and he had only just begun to decipher them. He didn’t want to give up on them now.
Here I am, the one that you love

Loves you in so many ways
And Yami… Haw could this little one hold such a seemingly powerful entity inside his body, be a part of him, and still retail that soft, kindness that was his alone. Yami was something else he wanted further chance to explore. He wanted to know in which way the two boys were similar and in which ways they differed. He wanted to find there weaknesses, their strengths, learn everything about them, the way that they thought, the way that they felt and the how they could command everyone about them so easily without a single word. But most of all, he wanted to learn how to make them love him; the way that he so hopelessly, helplessly, irrefutably loved them.
I don’t know what to say; I don’t know what to say
Steeling himself he lifted the smaller boy’s chin, forcing him to meet his gaze and, for a moment he lost himself in those deep violet eyes. He leaned in and kissed him, softly, tenderly, praying that his lips could convey what he was unable to voice. Their mouths met and melded easily, with a comfort that was undeniable. When he pulled back he once again tightened his grip on the boy, as if afraid that he would run, given the chance.
“Don’t leave me, Yugi.” He choked out. His voice was raw with emotion and he could barely recognize it as his own. The smaller one smiled at him brightly, the light that filled his eyes banishing the fears in his hear. He laid his head comfortably against Seto’s chest and gave him a reassuring smile.
“I could never.”
