Journal #1-Sketchbook Journal

Fall is my favorite season of the year.  It is both gloomy and somber.  It is brisk and striking and always keeps people on their feet.  The leaves fall from the trees in bold colors and complement the dead brown grass on the ground.  The wind is always blowing ferociously and pierces the skin.  The trees often surrender to the wind and topple over, breaking windows and doors on unsuspecting houses.  Everything looks a little more bleak in the fall, and people always seem more introverted and wholesome.  The time always goes by quickly and it seems to always be the shortest season of all.  The clouds cover the sky and threaten rain onto everybody below.  It is often hard to tell when fall arrives, but unmistakably noticeable in its prime.
