Gator Land & Timber, LLC. began in 2003 as a family owned land management company. We manage 228 acres in north central Florida as of November 2006. Future plans include expanding in Florida and eventually throughout the southeast.
Approach
We use a simple approach on the land we manage. More food equals more animals. We utilize a variety of techniques to provide the wildlife with nutritious food sources. However, your input helps us customize these techniques to keep the entire forest healthy. As the changes take shape, wildlife sightings will gradually increase.
Results
In three years deer populations increased by 30% and turkey populations increased by 45% on the property we managed. Game sightings increased by 50% in the last two years on the same property. If you don't believe us believe the pictures. |
